If you're coming from Green Bay, take Highway 29 Westbound.  As you top the third "hill", you will see a billboard for FURNITURELAND.  Turn left there, at Sunlite Drive.  Sunlite curves around to the right almost immediately, and the clinic is on the left side just after the curve.  You'll want to pull into the driveway and go around to the rear entrance.
